Fertilizer for Tea Cultivation

Nitrogen (N), Phosphorous (P), Potassium (K), Magnesium (Mg) and Zinc (Zn) are vital for tea cultivation and should be introduced to the soil either by organic or inorganic means. Dolomite is applied separately in order to attain the accurate pH balance and also to provide the necessary Magnesium to the soil. Zinc Sulphate, Epsom Salt and Urea are also used as fertilisers. In addition, Potassium Sulphate is applied to mitigate effects of drought.

The following table indicates the fertilisers recommended for tea small holders. Our facility also produces site-specific blends to suit any soil or terrain conditions.
